Garland heavy duty cooking equipment works in the core of this prestigious 15th century coach house. The mission was to re-furbish the entire catering facility , yet keep the kitchen operational and hygienic. This was project managed by Stangard and work involved, floors, walls ceilings, ventilation, fire suppression,equipment and running of major services. A huge task which took six weeks, yet successfully completed on budget!
