STANGARD developed the concept of the DROP-IN-SHOP, which is a modular coffee shop development, featuring pre-fabricated s/steel partition walls which have the electrical and plumbing supplies in-built in the factory. The result is a capability to subsequently dissemble the coffee shop and set it up in another building or area. Effectively this ensures the contract caterer reserves the capability of taking the coffee shop with them if the contract term ends. No written off investment!
